It was a great three-day HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) training led by Reshmee Beedasie from FoodTek Solutions, which was conducted from the 12th to the 14th of January 2022. The right amount of content at the right level was delivered. The six-member HACCP team felt at ease in sharing their experiences and commenting as well as asking questions. Both the individual and team tasks that were presented to us were both engaging and informative.
